What this notice covers
This notice describes the current Early testnet beta: signing in, verifying supported Spotify or YouTube activity, saving evidence, evaluating campaign eligibility and claiming rewards. It covers Early’s handling of information; source platforms and other service providers have their own privacy notices.
Information we process
- Account and wallet information: your Early account identifier, connected wallet addresses and sign-in information made available through Privy, such as an email address or social profile.
- Selected support evidence: activity type, recorded date, track, artist, channel or video identifiers, source-account identifiers and the proof used to verify them.
- Verification and campaign records: consent selections, session identifiers, verification results, source-account bindings, eligibility decisions, reward authorizations and transaction references.
- Technical and support information: request and error information used to operate the service, and information you choose to send when asking for help. Hosting and authentication providers may process connection and device information.
Early does not receive your Spotify or Google password or session credentials through the verification proof. Do not send credentials or private keys to support.
How private verification works
Reclaim’s zkTLS combines secure website connections with zero-knowledge proofs and attestations. A supported provider selects the source information needed to establish a fact while protecting credentials and unrelated source data. Early checks the proof and its binding to the requested activity and verification session.
Selective disclosure is not anonymity: the disclosed activity, its date and source-account identifier are information about you. You review the requested facts before starting. A YouTube video-like proof concerns the selected video’s recorded like; it does not give Early your full watch history.
Why we use information
We use this information to provide your account and support archive, verify selected activity, apply campaign rules, prevent replay and duplicate rewards, protect accounts, reconcile transactions and answer support requests. Eligibility is checked automatically against the campaign’s published rules. You can ask us to investigate a disputed result through the contact below.
Service providers and disclosure
Early uses Privy for authentication and wallets, Reclaim for proof generation and verification, Supabase for application storage, and Vercel for website hosting. Blockchain RPC services and Envio indexing support transaction status. These services process information relevant to their role and may operate in countries other than yours.
Selected evidence is processed by Early’s backend; it is not published as your full activity history. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to address abuse and security incidents. A campaign’s public rules are not a promise to publish your private source records.
Storage and retention
Retained proof payloads are encrypted in storage. The current system assigns raw proofs a retention expiry of 24 hours by default, configurable from 1 to 168 hours; deletion is performed by the cleanup process after expiry. An expiry timestamp is not itself proof that deletion has completed.
Normalized evidence, source-account bindings and campaign records are kept separately to provide your archive, prevent reuse and resolve reward disputes. They do not automatically disappear when a raw proof expires. A fixed retention period for those records has not yet been set for this beta. Contact Early about access or deletion; some security or transaction records may need to be retained.
What is public on-chain
Reward transactions publish wallet addresses, amounts, transaction hashes and contract events on Monad testnet. Early does not put raw source proofs or your full account history on-chain. Public blockchain records can be copied by others and cannot be erased by Early. Testnet tokens are for testing and should not be treated as money or guaranteed future value.
Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to start a proof, stop before sharing, and use supported routes separately. Without required evidence, a campaign may be unable to establish eligibility. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Contact Early to make a request or withdraw permission for future verification. Withdrawing does not undo completed public transactions.
