Using the Early beta
These terms cover Early’s current testnet service. Use it only where you are permitted to do so and can accept these terms under applicable law. Early is experimental: features, supported providers and availability may change. Read the privacy policy before sharing evidence.
Your account and source activity
Use accounts and wallets you control or are authorized to use. Keep sign-in methods secure. Do not submit another person’s activity as your own, alter proofs, bypass source-account bindings or attempt to obtain the same reward more than permitted. Never share passwords, session cookies or private keys with Early support.
What a proof establishes
A proof establishes the supported fact recorded by the source under the selected provider’s rules and coverage. It does not establish global fan rank, first-ever discovery, full listening or viewing history, or artist endorsement. Missing source data or a technical failure does not by itself establish that an activity never happened.
Campaign rules and eligibility
Each campaign defines its accepted activity and target, activity cutoff, reward, capacity and claim expiry. These rules govern eligibility for that campaign. Verification alone does not guarantee a reward: the evidence must qualify, funding and capacity must be available, and the claim must complete before expiry. Campaign participation does not confer ownership, investment rights or an artist partnership. Early-operated demos are independent unless a partnership is explicitly stated.
Testnet rewards and gas
The current reward flow uses Monad testnet. Test tokens have no promised monetary value, redemption right or future mainnet entitlement. Campaign funding is separate from transaction gas. Gas sponsorship depends on wallet compatibility, configuration and available sponsorship; it is not guaranteed. Review every wallet request. Early’s sponsored claim flow does not automatically retry by charging your wallet if sponsorship fails.
Organizers and funding
Campaign management is limited to approved organizers. Organizers must accurately describe offers and their relationship to any named artist or brand, and fund the advertised rewards. Publishing a rule does not fund escrow. Funding and refund transactions require wallet approval; unclaimed funds follow the deployed contract’s expiry and refund rules. Do not promise benefits you are not authorized or able to provide.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, probe other users’ private records, automate abusive proof requests, impersonate a partner, upload unlawful content or exploit an error to claim funds. Early may restrict activity to investigate abuse or protect users. If you believe a restriction or eligibility result is mistaken, contact us.
Third-party services and transactions
Privy, Reclaim, source platforms, hosting providers and blockchain networks have their own terms and operational limits. Blockchain transactions may be delayed, fail or be irreversible. Early cannot erase a confirmed transaction or guarantee availability of a source record. Protect your recovery methods and verify the transaction details you approve.
Changes, availability and rights
We may update these terms or pause beta features and will update the date on this page. Campaign corrections may require new rules; they must not be presented as the original offer. No beta availability or reward outcome is guaranteed. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
